These healthy snickerdoodles are sugar-free and low-carb. They are the perfect treat to help you satisfy your sweet tooth and maintain your ketogenic diet!

Instructions
  1. Combine flours, baking soda, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, mix softened butter with 1/2 cup of each Classic and Golden monk fruit sweeteners.

  3. Add the eggs and the vanilla extract. Then, keep mixing.

  4. Add combined dry ingredients to your mixture.

  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cinnamon Coating
  1. Combine the remainder of cinnamon and sweeteners in a small bowl.

  2. Roll one-inch balls of dough in the cinnamon mixture.

  3. Slightly flatten each cookie and place on a lined cookie sheet.

  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cookies are raised and golden-brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cookies cool on cookie sheet for 2-3 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
